Anthony Hairston brings over two decades of distinguished experience in law enforcement, security operations, and strategic risk management to Onyx Core. As a proven leader in safeguarding high-profile events, venues, and personnel, Anthony has built an exceptional track record managing security operations and collaborating with major organizations including Major League Soccer, the National Football League, and the United States Capitol Police.

Currently serving as Security Operations Advisor for D.C. United, Anthony oversees comprehensive security protocols for events with 20,000+ attendees while directing multiple security contractors and personnel. His expertise spans strategic planning, crisis management, executive protection, and multi-agency coordination, making him an invaluable asset in today's complex security landscape.

Anthony's commitment to innovation and excellence is exemplified through his role as a U.S. Capitol Police Investigator, where he conducts high-level threat assessments and represents Congressional interests nationally. His leadership philosophy emphasizes inclusive, forward-thinking security practices that prioritize safety, innovation, and trust while building collaborative cross-functional teams.

Outside of the multiple certifications and commendations earned throughout his law enforcement career, Anthony is an active member of ASIS International and the International Organization of Black Security Executives (IOBSE). Through these affiliations, he continues to expand his expertise in the evolving field of security while serving as a mentor to the next generation of security professionals.
